DYNAMIC ZERO / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, explained.
How this website uses information when you browse, watch a trailer or contact the studio.
Last updated: 3 October 2026Who we are
Dynamic Zero operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@dynamiczero.com or use our contact page.
This notice covers the studio website. Games, stores and other websites may have separate notices.
What we collect
When you contact us, you provide your name, email address, enquiry topic, game selection and message, together with any details you choose to include. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
When you visit, the hosting service can process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information and access times to deliver and protect the site. The contact form uses a temporary, keyed hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. That rate-limit record expires after three minutes.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond to questions, investigate game problems and discuss press or business enquiries. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing support and running a secure website. Where an enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, we may process the necessary information for that purpose. We may also retain information where required by law.
The website contact form sends the enquiry by email; it does not create a public comment or a customer account. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Who receives information
Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver correspondence. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Following a store or social link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Playing an embedded trailer connects your browser to YouTube. These services may process information outside your country; review their notices before using them. See Google’s privacy policy for YouTube.
How long we keep it
Our policy is to delete routine support and general enquiry correspondence 12 months after the enquiry is closed. We may need to keep relevant records longer for an unresolved issue, a contract, a legal obligation or a dispute. When that need ends, the records should be deleted.
The website’s three-minute contact rate limit is separate from email retention. Hosting logs and provider backups have their own retention schedules. Contact us for information about a particular record.
Cookies, local storage and videos
The current website does not include advertising or audience-analytics scripts. WordPress uses essential cookies for authorised administrator login. This version of the site also reads a saved decorative-motion preference from browser local storage, if one was previously set; you can clear it through your browser settings.
Trailers use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain and load when you choose to play them. Once a video is loaded, YouTube receives connection information and may use browser storage according to its own policy. You can browse the rest of the site without playing a trailer.
You can manage cookies and stored website data in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent administrator sign-in. We will update this notice if the website’s use of cookies or analytics changes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy where applicable. These rights are subject to conditions and exemptions. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Send requests to admin@dynamiczero.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We will update this page when our website practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
